Return Policy -Equipment returns must made within 2 weeks of receipt of equipment. Customer will pay freight to return. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number from ACES. It must be returned in original box. No credit will be given until equipment is received. At this time is will be inspected for wear, use and breakage. Any equipment returned used will be inspected and credit amount will be determined at that time. Any product other than equipment will only be accepted unused in original package within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return freight cost.
